Creating goals can help grow your mindset but achieving them can be much more rewarding.
Goal need to be planned out so they can be completed. My example for it is, if your goal is to workout and exercise more your planning would need to include getting a gym membership and finding time to get some exercise time in. To plan you can use almost anything a planner, notepad, sticky notes, calendar app. To effectively complete your goals you may need to break down your big idea into smaller steps. Like with the gym example, a step might be to find a friend to be your workout buddy. There are lots of things we all want to accomplish but we need to just channel it down to some more important ones first, of what's best for you.
